DELIVERY SERVICES & POLICY
Welcome to Js Florist. The information contained below is fairly extensive which we hope you find helpful.
Delivery charge will be waived if the target location is within 5km from our shop. However, if the target location is more than 5km from our place, rate will be implied based on the rate shown in Lalamove apps.
The goods will deliver to receiver at the following times:
Delivery Areas: We deliver only Malaysia . We cover only Kuala Lumpur and Selengor area.
Delivery Days: We deliver every day! That's right. Monday - Sundays even on Public Holidays.
Delivery Time: For KL & Selangor, we provide Monday- Sarturday 10am-7pm/ Sunday 10am-2pm.
Peak Floral Delivery days Delivery Conditions
For peak flora delivery days like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, please order at least two days in advance to make sure that delivery is on time.During Peak Flora seasons Delivery fees will charges included KAJANG area
Sundays and Public Holidays
For delivery on Sundays and public holidays, special arrangements have to be made to accommodate such orders. As such, orders must be made two days in advance. In the event that such special arrangements are not possible, then the delivery will have to be made the day before or day after the date requested
Redelivery
If "Receiver's Choice" is selected, we may contact the receiver to confirm the delivery address and the receiver's preferred delivery time. We will not reveal sender information, product description or any other information that may cause the loss of the surprise element.
If other choices are selected and there is a delivery failure not caused by us, we reserve the right to impose a redelivery surcharge of RM20.00 on the sender. Examples of delivery failure are:
- incorrect delivery address supplied
- receiver not present / unwilling to receive the products
- date and time selected is incorrect
Order not accepted (Remote areas)
"We reserve the right not to accept your order when we do not find a suitable florist at your selected outstation area. This is caused by the lack of reliability of the florist at certain outstation areas. However, we will give you advance notice in the event of such a rare occurance"
